The Sales Representative Internship at Talentier offers a hands-on opportunity to engage with startups, SMEs, and tech companies across the USA. You’ll learn how to generate leads, build meaningful connections, and support the entire sales process, contributing directly to Talentier’s growth in the American market.
Job Responsibilities
• Identify and Connect with U.S. Clients:
Research and engage with startups, tech firms, and enterprises across regions like Silicon Valley, New York, Austin and other U.S. cities.
Example: Reach out to startups on LinkedIn or cold-call SaaS companies in Austin to introduce Talentier’s services.
• Support the Sales Process:
Assist in outreach, follow up with leads, and help onboard new U.S.-based clients.
Example: Join virtual meetings with New York-based clients and follow up with detailed emails.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Product Teams:
Coordinate with marketing to align U.S. campaigns with sales efforts and tailor solutions for American clients.
Example: Work with the product team to address technical questions raised by clients in the U.S. market.
• Attend U.S. Industry Events and Build Networks:
Participate in networking events, webinars, and tech conferences to generate leads and connections.
Example: Represent Talentier at events like TechCrunch Disrupt or Austin Startup Week to promote our services.
Job Requirements
• Current Students and Recent Graduates:
Open to U.S. university students and graduates passionate about sales and business development.
• Strong Communication Skills:
Fluency in English is required; additional languages like Spanish are a plus for engaging diverse U.S. clients.
• Excited to Learn and Adapt:
Eager to take on new challenges and gain experience in a fast-moving market.
• Collaborative and Goal-Oriented:
Able to work with different teams while staying focused on personal and company targets.
