Job Responsibilities
• Recruit and Onboard Clients:
Spend a good amount of your time identifying, meeting, and onboarding clients to Talentier.
• Develop Outreach Strategies:
Understand who the right people are to reach out to and create effective strategies to recruit clients.
• Take Ownership of Work:
Handle every aspect of your projects and make things happen with minimal supervision.
• Participate in Client Meetings:
Engage with prospective clients to build relationships and ensure smooth onboarding.
Job Requirements
• Penultimate Year of Study:
Students in their second-to-last year of university are eligible to apply.
• Strong Academics and Extracurriculars:
Proven academic success and involvement in extracurricular activities.
• Internship Experience:
Previous internship experience is required, with an interest in business being a plus.
• Outstanding Communication Skills:
Fluency in English is essential, and additional language skills are highly desired.
